Comfortable beds, nice room, good chow.

Caught 3 bugs in bathroom first night; 2 second night. Wish they'd exterminate before renting room.

The rooms, pillows, beds, blankets, etc. were all great. Paint was old and cracked in some areas. Place seems rather old. All that's o.k., but the bugs crawling around left me feeling queasy. They were not roaches - but were black-looking earwig-type bugs. Didn't like that at all. ...read more

TV only got half the channels, and HBO was in the channels one could not watch.

Poorly maintained with what appears to be unfinished remodeling. Breakfast area chaotic. Internet access locked up at 9 pm. Half the hot tubs broken.

The front desk was staffed by teenage girls in the evening and they were rude to one of our members in our group. There was a missing light bulb in our bathroom for the two nights we stayed. The hallways were dirty, the ice machine on our floor did not work. ...read more
